A face and body serum that turns rough, bumpy, uneven skin smooth.
It arrives as a 120ml bottle of liquid base and a small jar of urea beads. You pour the beads in, shake until they dissolve, and use it normally from there.
Prepare the serum. Apply to clean, dry skin in the evening only. Gently spread the serum, avoiding the eye area, lips, and any broken skin.Allow to absorb fully before applying moisturizer. Start gradually: Use 2–3 times per week for the first 2 weeks, then increase to every other night as tolerated. Do not use more than once daily. Always follow with broad-spectrum SPF the next morning.
Step 1
Open small bottle.
Step 2
Pour beads into large bottle.
Step 3
Close lid, shake for 3-2 minutes untill beads are fully dissolved.
Step 4
Serum is now ready. Use within 3-4 months for best results.
10% Urea
A natural humectant that softens, smooths, and hydrates in one.
At 10%, it slowly destabilizes the actives around it on shelf, fresh activation keeps the bottle at full strength from first use to last.
4% glycolic acid
The smallest molecule in the AHA family, which lets it penetrate deeper and work faster than its alternatives.
Stable on its own, but the pH it needs to stay active slowly destabilizes the formula around it. Fresh activation solves that.
5% panthenol (Vit b5)
A humectant and skin barrier soother that converts to vitamin B5 in the skin. Calms the irritation that high-percentage actives can cause.
0.2% allantoin
A gentle skin soother and surface healer that calms redness and supports recovery — small percentage, real job.
1% Extra low mw hyaluronic acid
The two molecular weights of hyaluronic acid hydrate at two different depths — the high MW sits on the surface to hold moisture in, the low MW penetrates deeper to plump the skin from within.
2% High mw hyaluronic acid
The two molecular weights of hyaluronic acid hydrate at two different depths — the high MW sits on the surface to hold moisture in, the low MW penetrates deeper to plump the skin from within.

Why do I have to mix it myself? Isn't that the brand's job?
The short answer: if we mixed it in our factory, the bottle that reaches you would not be the bottle we designed.
10% urea, 4% glycolic acid, and hyaluronic acids are all stable on their own. Stored together in a finished serum for months on a warehouse shelf — through summer heat, through shipping, through pharmacy storage — the combination slowly destabilizes. Most brands solve this by lowering the percentages until everything stays stable for a two-year shelf life. We didn't want to lower the percentages, because lower percentages don't work as well.
So we ship the formula in two parts. You activate it once when you open the box, done. From that point on, you use the bottle normally. No weekly mixing, no refrigeration. One activation buys you a full-strength formula for the life of the bottle.
Few minutes of your time. Months of full potency in return. That trade we're comfortable making.
face and body? Doesn't that mean it's too gentle for body or too harsh for face?
Face skincare and body skincare are usually formulated differently because brands assume face skin is delicate and body skin needs something stronger.
The truth is messier — body skin on the chest and shoulders is closer to face skin than to leg skin, and face skin on someone with rough texture or post-acne scarring needs more than a gentle hydrator.
Liquid Smooth is built at percentages that work on both: strong enough to smooth keratosis pilaris on your arms, gentle enough that 4% glycolic won't strip your face.
How long until I see results?
Smoother texture within 1–2 weeks for most people. Visible reduction in KP bumps at 3–4 weeks of consistent use. Full results at 6–8 weeks.
The face responds faster than the body because facial skin turns over more frequently.
If you stop using it, the texture comes back — keratosis pilaris is genetic, and this manages it rather than curing it. We'd rather tell you that than oversell.
Can I use this every day?
Start with two to three applications per week for the first two weeks. If your skin tolerates it well — no stinging, no redness, no peeling — build up to daily.
On the body, daily use is fine for most people once you're past the initial adjustment.
On the face, every other night is often enough; glycolic acid works in your skin for 24–48 hours after application, so daily isn't always better than alternating. Listen to your skin, not the schedule.
Can I use this with your "Clarity C15" serum?
Yes, with timing and we'd recommend a specific pairing.
Morning: apply Clarity C15 on clean dry skin, before moisturizer, followed by SPF 30 or higher. Sunscreen is not optional with morning vitamin C; without it, you can actually make pigmentation worse.
Evening: if you also use our Liquid Smooth serum (4% glycolic, 10% urea, 5% panthenol), apply it at night. This is the routine we'd build for someone serious about pigmentation. Vitamin C protects and fades by day, glycolic accelerates turnover by night. The two work better together than either alone.
Can I use this with retinol / niacinamide / other acids?
Yes, with timing — and we'd recommend a specific pairing.
Morning: if you use vitamin C (or our Clarity C15), apply it in the morning under SPF. This is the pairing we'd build for serious pigmentation work — Clarity protects and fades by day, Liquid Smooth resurfaces and recovers by night.
Evening: Liquid Smooth on clean dry skin, before moisturizer. Niacinamide is fine layered on top in either slot.
If you use retinol, alternate nights — retinol one night, Liquid Smooth the next. Stacking both in the same evening is more irritation than benefit for most skin.
Avoid other AHAs or BHAs (lactic acid, salicylic acid, mandelic acid) on the same night as Liquid Smooth. You're already using 4% glycolic — adding more acids isn't stronger results, it's a compromised barrier.
If your current routine has a different exfoliating product, Liquid Smooth replaces it.
Why does my skin feel slightly tingly when I apply it?
A mild tingle on application is normal — that's the glycolic acid working on the surface of the skin. It should fade within a minute or two.
Stinging that lasts longer, burning, or visible redness is not normal. If that happens, rinse it off and space your applications further apart. Your skin is telling you to slow down, not stop.
Will this help with stretch marks / scars / cellulite?
It helps with texture and tone. That includes the rough surface of older stretch marks and the discoloration around healing acne scars or shaving bumps.
It doesn't fade deep stretch marks meaningfully, doesn't remove scar tissue, and doesn't do anything for cellulite — no topical product does.
The bottle is 120ml — how long does it last?
Used three to four times a week on face and a couple of rough body areas, one bottle lasts about two to three months.
Heavier daily use on larger body areas (full arms, full thighs) gets you closer to six weeks. The bottle is sized so that a face-and-body user gets through it before the formula's optimal window closes.
Is it safe during pregnancy / breastfeeding?
It's generally considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but we recommend confirming with your doctor before starting any new active.
Skin can also become more sensitive during pregnancy, so patch test first.
Read this carefully.
Patch test
Patch test before first use: apply a small amount to the inner forearm and wait 24 hours.
Discontinue if irritation occurs.

May cause tingling, mild stinging, or temporary redness upon application, this is normal.
Discontinue use if persistent irritation, burning, or peeling occurs.

Use sunscreen daily and limit sun exposure while using this product and for one week afterward.
