Refund policy

asmrani products are non-returnable once purchased, with one important exception: if your product arrives damaged, leaked, expired, or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo.

This policy reflects the hygiene standard for personal care products and is consistent with Egyptian skincare industry practice. Your rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law are fully preserved.


1. Our position on returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Once an asmrani product is purchased — opened or unopened — it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, except in the specific cases described below.

This isn't a hard line drawn against customers. It's a hygiene standard. Personal care products that leave our warehouse cannot be safely resold to anyone else, and we'd rather price our products honestly than build the cost of returned inventory into every order.

We've tried to make this easier on you in three ways:

  • Every product page tells you exactly what the product does, what it doesn't do, who it's for, and who should skip it.
  • Our FAQ answers the most common questions customers ask before buying.
  • You can message us on WhatsApp or Instagram before you order, and we'll answer honestly — including telling you if a product isn't right for you.

We'd rather have a conversation before the order than a return request after.


2. Defective or damaged products

If your product arrives in any of the following conditions, we will replace it at no cost:

  • Visible damage to the outer carton beyond minor courier handling
  • Leaks, broken seals, or compromised packaging
  • Expired or near-expiry product (less than three months remaining)
  • Manufacturing defects (incorrect contents, missing components, wrong fill)
  • Product that does not match what you ordered

Contact us within 14-days of delivery at [contact@asmrani.com], on Instagram, or via WhatsApp. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description of what's wrong

We'll respond within two business day and arrange a replacement. You will not be asked to ship the defective product back at your expense — if we need it returned for quality control, we'll arrange and pay for the pickup.


3. Skin reactions

asmrani products contain active ingredients at meaningful percentages. A mild tingle on application is normal for products containing glycolic acid or vitamin C. Persistent redness, burning, itching, or visible irritation is not, and you should stop using the product immediately.

If you experience a genuine adverse reaction beyond the normal adjustment period described on the product page, contact us. We will review the case individually. Where the reaction is consistent with the product and not with misuse or pre-existing conditions, we will refund the product — including if it has been opened. This is handled case by case, not as a blanket policy.

If the reaction is severe, see a doctor before contacting us. Your health comes before any product issue.


4. Refunds for defective products

When a replacement isn't possible or isn't what you want, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method:

  • Card payments: refunded within 5 business days; 5–10 days to appear on your statement
  • Cash on delivery: refunded to a bank account or mobile wallet you provide

We do not charge restocking fees, return shipping, or any deduction on defective-product refunds.


5. Bundles and multi-product orders

If only one product in a multi-product order is defective, we'll replace or refund that product only — the rest of the order is unaffected. If you purchased a bundle (for example, The Pigmentation Protocol) and one component is defective, the same applies: we replace or refund the defective component, not the bundle.


6. Your rights under Egyptian law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181/2018) or its executive regulations. Where the law provides greater protection than what we offer here, the law applies.
