15% Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)
The pure form of vitamin C, the gold standard for pigmentation correction and one of the most unstable actives in skincare. Fresh activation keeps it potent until the moment you use it.
1% Kojic Acid
A natural tyrosinase inhibitor that pairs with vitamin C to fade dark spots faster and degrades almost as quickly as ascorbic acid. Fresh activation keeps it working.
2% Alpha arbutin
Targets the same enzyme as kojic acid but more gently, which means stronger results without more irritation. Stable on its own, included here for the synergy.
Full Ingredients
Aqua, Ascorbic Acid, Propylene Glycol, Alpha-Arbutin, Kojic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Panthenol, Disodium EDTA, Allantoin, Hydrolyzed Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Metabisulfite.
Why do I have to mix it myself? Isn't that the brand's job?
Ascorbic acid and kojic acid start losing strength the moment they touch water. Even sealed, they degrade and Egyptian heat speeds that up.
If we mixed the formula at the factory, by the time it reached you, you'd be applying a fraction of what's on the label.
Mixing it yourself once a week takes a few seconds and guarantees you get the full 15% and 1% every time. The work is small. The difference is not.
How long until I see results?
Most people see visible fading of dark spots and acne marks at 4–6 weeks of consistent use. Melasma is slower and harder, plan on 8–12 weeks before judging results.
If you stop using sunscreen, you'll lose progress faster than you made it. Vitamin C without daily SPF is half the treatment, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you another box.
Can I use this with your "Liquid Smooth" serum?
Yes, with timing and we'd recommend a specific pairing.
Morning: apply Clarity C15 on clean dry skin, before moisturizer, followed by SPF 30 or higher. Sunscreen is not optional with morning vitamin C; without it, you can actually make pigmentation worse.
Evening: if you also use our Liquid Smooth serum (4% glycolic, 10% urea, 5% panthenol), apply it at night. This is the routine we'd build for someone serious about pigmentation. Vitamin C protects and fades by day, glycolic accelerates turnover by night. The two work better together than either alone.
Can I use this with retinol / niacinamide / acids?
Yes, with timing and we'd recommend a specific pairing.

If you use retinol, swap it in for "Liquid Smooth" on alternate nights. Retinol one night, glycolic the next.
Niacinamide is fine in either slot.
Avoid stacking Clarity with exfoliating acids in the same application.
If your current routine has a different vitamin C serum, this replaces it.
Does the mixed vial really last a full week? It seems short.
Yes, one mixed vial lasts seven days at 5-6 drops per night, applied to the face and neck. That's roughly fourty applications per vial, or 160 per box.
A conventional 30ml serum lasts about the same. The difference is that on day seven of our vial, the formula is still at full strength. On day thirty of a conventional bottle, it usually isn't.
